At National Bobblehead HOF Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or accessories aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
